Thank you for shopping with Divine Ignorance. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our online store.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may increase during:

  • Product launches
  • Limited drops
  • Holidays
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Pre-order releases

Customers will receive a confirmation email after an order has been successfully placed.

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and order volume.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Divine Ignorance may use major shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other logistics providers.

Shipping carrier selection may vary depending on location and order size.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking numbers are provided once orders have been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.

Divine Ignorance is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Delays caused by inaccurate information
  • Packages returned due to incomplete addresses

If a package is returned, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Divine Ignorance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

If assistance is needed, customers may contact Divine Ignorance and we will attempt to help where possible.


PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items may require additional processing and production time.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are approximate and subject to change.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Divine Ignorance reserves the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain locations, regions, or countries.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact Divine Ignorance within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of damaged items
  • Description of the issue
